Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How often does my lawn need to be serviced ?
A. The short answer is that this will depend on the time of year that your lawn is being serviced as well as your own expectations for your lawn.
Q. I just need my lawn serviced once. Can you do this ?
A. Yes, There's nothing wrong with you taking a day off, but we won't be able to service your lawn the same day because we have many customers that rely on us to be on time on a regular basis. We have a responsibility to take care of their properties as we have promised. Average One time mowing services please give us 2 days to fit you into rotation with our weekly paying customers.
Q. Can you mow my lawn on Fridays at 5pm ?
A. Because we service such a large area, we cannot accept any requests for specific mowing days and times. Your lawn will be assigned a regular mowing day during the beginning of each week determined on where you are located in relation with our other customers. Even then there is no way we can guarantee a specific time each time due to variable such as traffic, rain, etc.
Q. Duration of your Snow Removal contract ?
A. Officially, contracts start on the day you sign and ends on Apr 30, 2014. Our contracts are designed to cover you from first to last snowfall, so even if it snows in April we will be there to clear it.
Q. Will my driveway be cleared by 6am ?
A. We would love to say that we will have your driveway cleared by 6 AM, but that would be deceptive advertising. You are guaranteed cleared within 12 hours of an inches accumulation, so the time of our arrival really depends on when the snowfall starts. We do "flip-flop" our residential routes every few snowfalls, meaning if you were at the end of a route one time you might be at the beginning the next time. Our routes are logistically organized to be able to deliver service as efficiently as possible based upon your geographic location and specific needs. No preference is given or favoritism exercised. Everyone on our roster has equal priority.
